Dr. Mohamed Soliman,
DDS
Dr. Mohamed Soliman graduated from Cairo University Dental
Medicine School in 2004 with the highest honors, and he has
been practicing in the Elk Grove area for more than 10 years.
His goal is to provide outstanding care to all his patients
and help them gain confidence in their smiles. He is kind,
compassionate, and committed to making the experience at our
office smooth and enjoyable for everyone. Dr. Soliman is a
member of the ADA®, and he continues his education every year
through his membership in the American Academy of Implant
Dentistry. He also received an award for America's Top Dentist
for Family and Cosmetic Dentistry in 2013 from the Consumer
Research Council of America. Dr. Soliman is committed to
providing our patients with top care and practicing heightened
sterilization standards. We have improved our already rigid
sterilization standards and requirements to eliminate the
possibility of disease transmission. Rest assured, we know how
to best protect our patients and team.
Dr. John Lu,
DDS
Dr. John Lu comes from Southern California with a combined
background in mechanical engineering with a passion for
dentistry to deliver precise, compassionate care. After
graduating from UCLA in 2005 and working as an engineer at The
Boeing Company, he pursued his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree
at UCSF School of Dentistry, graduating in 2014. Dr. Lu has
advanced training in implantology through TCP Implant
Marathon, Global Dental Implant Academy and the California
Implant Institute, where he gained expertise in implants,
sinus lifts, and full-arch “All-on-X” rehabilitation. He is
dedicated to restoring smiles and function with a
patient-centered approach, and is known for his warm,
approachable manner that helps patients feel comfortable and
confident about their treatment.
Joel

Joel has been a member of our team since 2018, bringing years
of experience with him. He started in dentistry in 1999 as a
registered dental assistant, then became a manager before
returning to school and graduating as a hygienist in 2011.
Being in this role, he gets to educate patients about their
overall periodontal health and make sure his patients
understand the importance of coming to their hygiene and
cleaning appointments. Joel is married with three kids.
Outside the office, he enjoys bowling, snowboarding, and
playing the guitar, which he has done since he was nine years
old.
Nisar

Nisar is one of our dedicated Registered Dental Hygienists at
Smile Maker Implant and General Dentistry. He graduated from
Sacramento City College Dental Hygiene program. Nisar has said
that working as a healthcare provider is his dream job. It
allows him to serve our community with great skills and
knowledge. His everyday goal at work is helping patients
achieve optimal oral health. It is part of the job to educate
with scientifically proven data. He believes in a
compassionate approach to dental care, since oral health
relates to overall health. Oral health awareness is important
to prevent oral infection and obtain healthy dentition.
Outside of work, Nisar is a responsible man to his beloved
wife and parents. He enjoys spending time with family and
friends. Nisar’s hobbies are working out, swimming, hiking,
camping and playing games. “Being around family is blessing
and gives more energy to serve my community better.”

her, being an RDAEF2 is not just a job; it's a fulfilling and
rewarding endeavor.

With her fun-loving, artistic and nurturing personality,
dentistry was a natural career choice for Angela. In the field
since 1996, Angela’s advanced certification stems from a
commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
Integrating her artistic talents into her clinical work allows
her to focus with the esthetics of dental restorations
involving color matching, shaping and designing of dental
prosthetics that not only restore function, but also improve
appearance. She loves to mentor and share her techniques with
other assistants. Her role in our office is critical in
enhancing the efficiency and quality of care, providing both
clinical and administrative support to ensure optimal
treatment outcomes.
Lori,

With a genuine passion for helping people, Lori, serves as our
dedicated bilingual Treatment Coordinator. She combines her
extensive knowledge of dental procedures and treatment plans
with a truly caring approach, ensuring every patient feels
informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their journey.
Lori, believes that understanding your options is key to a
positive experience, and she takes the time to answer all your
questions, making sure you feel confident and excited about
achieving your best smile.

Jordy is our RDA, Registered Dental Assistant at Smile Maker
Implant & General Dentistry. He enjoys putting a smile on
his patients with dentistry and helping the team move through
daily obstacles and advancing his skills. Jordy is bilingual,
fluent in both Spanish and English. Currently he is pursuing
further education, to become an RDAEF2 and is really excited
about that. Outside of dentistry, Jordy loves being involved
in sports, especially boxing and lifting weights. He loves
going to rodeos with his fiancé, enjoying the food, the
dancing and the music!

enjoys playing softball and values the importance of family,
cherishing time spent with her large and close-knit family.

As a seasoned Office Manager, she specializes in custom treatment planning, ensuring each patient receives a personalized and seamless experience from consultation to care. Her extensive knowledge of dental billing practices has made her an invaluable asset to the office, providing accuracy and efficiency in financial management while minimizing errors and delays. Iris is known for her exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to foster strong relationships within the office and with patients alike. An extroverted professional with a warm and inviting presence, Iris has a natural ability to connect with people, creating an atmosphere that is both welcoming and professional. Her colleagues admire her for her positive energy, leadership, and ability to maintain a calm, centered aura even in high-pressure situations. Outside of work, Iris is known for her enthusiasm and her ability to inspire those around her with her radiant and uplifting personality.
